Our core offering is commercial cleaning with additional dedicated teams for window cleaning, grounds maintenance and general building support.


Residential communal cleaning

Our communal cleaning offering spans sites from 8-unit luxury apartment blocks to 600+ unit schemes. It’s never been more important to keep communal areas clean and it’s something we have built a great reputation doing since the mid-90s.

Commercial cleaning

We provide soft services at a range of commercial sites including office blocks and construction site offices. As well as general cleaning, we can provide PPE and sanitation supplies to site as required.

Commercial window cleaning

2 Clean Plus started as a window cleaning partnership and this service still remains a key part of our offering. We use the latest water-fed pole technology and can provide rope access cleaning services to taller properties.

Grounds maintenance

To complete our full service provision for residential sites, we began providing grounds maintenance on sites over 15 years ago. We can run on seasonal or all-year-around schedules as well as providing expert lawn-care and tree surgery.

Building support

Our site support includes minor maintenance and repair work, deep cleaning, stocking of PPE and sanitary supplies, and anything else you may need. We’ll find a way of helping regardless of the task.

Waste management

We can safely clear and dispose of excess waste, provide bin movement for collection and remove any dangerous sharp items with quick turnarounds.

On-site assistance

If you're unable to attend site regularly, we are able to provide on site assistance such as meter readings, liaising with residents and staff, and reporting of site issues.

Additional services

Carpet cleaning & water extraction, concierge & caretaker services, builders cleans (pre-tenancy), apartment cleaning in PRS schemes, pressure washing (inc. bin cleaning), and cladding cleaning.

We’ve integrated all of our services to a new Elevate Property Group development in Ashford. It’s a 240-unit scheme that had a phased handover and includes managing the builders cleans for the apartments.

In the heart of Birmingham City Centre, you can’t miss the towering Allegro Living, Exchange Square. We started providing communal cleaning and maintenance services on site in 2018 for this PRS scheme and it includes the cleaning of apartments both pre-, mid-, and end-of-tenancy.
